Chef’s Note: The question that many may have when viewing this scene is “what exactly is a side of bacon?”
Technically, a “side of bacon” is exactly what it sounds like: the entire side of a pig
Noun 1. side of bacon – salted and cured abdominal wall of a side of pork
side of pork – dressed half of a hog carcass
Which totally seems like something the Hulk could eat. Even five of them.
But then, at a diner, one can of course enjoy side orders to one’s meal. Given that Hulk’s order of bacon arrives on a single plate, I think we can go with that definition instead.

Man, this joint must be incredible, if 5 sides of bacon is a heaping plateful. I’ve never seen 1 side of bacon be more than like, three thin strips!
