Chef’s Note: As you might imagine, Bingo the pet monkey jumping on the windshield of a fast moving truck ends up interrupting Dick and Kara’s meal – and thank goodness! Any more servings of teenaged angst and awkwardness would only result in further trauma, both for them and for us. Nothing like a date from hell to make you question everything.
Chef’s Note: Oriecchette is, indeed, a tricky pasta to get just right. But not so difficult as to ragequit one’s job over, I would think.
Then again, I have no idea what the “Great Anatole” has to do with oriecchette, nor do I possess the temperament of a gourmet chef.
