Chef’s Note: Oliver Queen’s Chili is legendarily hot in the world of DC superheros – it has been referred to as “napalm,” “paint remover,” “burning tarpaper,” and “Satan ground up in a bowl.” That said, this recipe cannot be what everyone is eating. Only one teaspoon of cayenne? One?? I put a teaspoon of cayenne in everything just by default, including my coffee.
