Chef’s Note: An iconic scene, and justifiably so. And one in little need of additional commentary at this point.
That said, I will just note that, contrary to the glamorous figure many of you imagine me to be, being a comic book food archaeologist can be a little isolating. The obscurity and curious specificity of my chosen field is not lost on me (or on others*).
As such, it warms the cockles of my comic book food archaeologist heart to know that one of the most iconic and recognizable scenes in the whole MCU is one of friends sharing a meal after a very difficult day.
